Fixture Installation / Disconnect | $90.00+ Minimum 1 Hour
This service can include the installation and/or disconnect of any of the following:
Toilet | Sink (kitchen and/or bathroom) | Faucet | Garburator | Shower | Bathtub | Floor drain | Dishwasher | Washing machine | Dryer | Gas stove | Fridge waterline
Repipe | Dependent on Quote
This service entails the removal of (an) original water line(s), as well as the installation of new water lines, shut offs, and supply tubes.
Hot Water Tank Replacement | Dependent on Quote
If your hot water tank is at the end of it’s life, or if you would like to upgrade, a quote can be submitted for a replacement.
Gas hot water tanks generally have a life span of 12-14 years.
Electric hot water tanks can have a life span of up to 20 years.
Backflow Prevention | $90 Minimum 1 Hour
For the first backflow, a flat rate of $110.00 will be charged. Any additional backflows on the premise and/or in the building will be charged $80 each. This service includes:
Testing (including paperwork submitted to corresponding city hall).
Once backflow testing is complete, one or more of the following services may need to be completed:
If backflow fails initial test, a quote will be submitted for:
Repair (including paperwork submitted to corresponding city hall), and/or;
Replacement (including paperwork submitted to corresponding city hall)
Additional Services:
If you require a new backflow preventer a quote will be submitted for:
Installation (examples include premise, irrigation, and/or commercial dishwashers. Quote includes paperwork submitted to corresponding city hall).
If there is a backflow on site not in use, a quote will be submitted for:
Removal (including paperwork submitted to corresponding city hall)
Other | $90 hour Minimum 1 Hour
If you have a plumbing or gas issue that is not listed, please select this option when booking. Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem at hand.
Leak Investigation/Repair | $90 Hour Minimum 1 Hour
This service can include finding the source of a particular leak, and a quote for the designated repair.
Drain Cleaning | $90 hour Minimum 1 Hour
If you have a clogged:
Kitchen sink | Bathroom sink | Bathtub | Shower | Floor drain | Toilet | Urinal
Water Filter Systems | $90 hour Minimum 1 Hour
This particular service can include installing a water filter for a specific fixture (such as a kitchen sink), or an entire house/residence.
